The key terms
Applying does not guarantee a place. A place is confirmed only when KeepItFresh accepts your application by email.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, have access to a compatible Android device and be able to install and use a pre-release version of KeepItFresh. You must provide a working email address so we can send testing instructions.
The first 25 places
The programme is limited to 25 accepted participants. We will review eligible applications in the order they are received and accept the first 25 applicants who meet the programme requirements.
If an accepted participant withdraws or does not begin testing, we may offer that place to the next eligible applicant.
Taking part
Accepted testers will be asked to install the Android beta, try the features and provide honest, useful feedback during the testing period described in their acceptance email.
You must not share private download links, access credentials or non-public beta builds with anyone else.
Successful completion
You successfully complete the programme by carrying out the reasonable testing activities stated in your acceptance email, using the beta during the testing period and submitting the requested feedback by the stated deadline.
We will confirm successful completion by email. We will assess completion fairly and will not withhold confirmation where the stated activities have been completed in good faith.
One lifetime Pro seat
Each participant who successfully completes the programme will receive one KeepItFresh Pro seat for the Android version. The seat is linked to one person and one account. It cannot be transferred, shared, resold or exchanged for money.
“Lifetime” means for as long as KeepItFresh Pro for Android continues to be offered and supported. It does not guarantee that the app or every feature will remain available forever, and it does not include separately sold future products, team plans or business plans.
Pre-release software
The beta is unfinished software. It may contain bugs, change without notice or occasionally lose test data. Do not rely on it for critical information, and keep any information you cannot afford to lose backed up elsewhere.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections that cannot legally be limited.
Feedback
You keep ownership of any original material you provide. You give KeepItFresh permission to use, adapt and act on your beta feedback for developing, testing and improving the app without additional payment beyond the stated reward.
Privacy
We will use application details, contact information, device information and beta feedback to administer the programme and improve KeepItFresh. Please read the KeepItFresh Privacy Policy for more information.
Leaving or removal
You may leave the beta at any time by contacting us. If you leave before successfully completing the programme, you will not qualify for the lifetime Pro seat.
We may remove a participant who does not take part, shares private beta access, behaves abusively or seriously breaches these terms. Where practical, we will explain the issue first and give the participant a reasonable opportunity to resolve it.
Changes or cancellation
We may make reasonable changes where needed for security, legal, technical or testing reasons. We will communicate any material change to accepted participants by email.
If we cancel the programme after a participant has completed the stated testing activities in good faith, we will still honour that participant’s Pro reward when technically possible.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you may also have rights under the mandatory laws that apply where you live.
